Frequently Asked Questions

Are these music notation fonts?

No. This section is dedicated to text typefaces. Some families were designed to complement NorFonts music fonts and work especially well in lead sheets, scores, covers and music-related publishing, but they are standard text fonts rather than SMuFL music-symbol fonts.

Can I use the fonts on Mac and Windows?

Yes. The families in this collection are supplied in OpenType format for use in applications that support installed desktop fonts on macOS and Windows.

Can I buy a complete font family?

Where several styles are available, the product page offers individual styles and a Complete Family option so you can obtain the coordinated family in one purchase.
