Installing Groove fonts is incredibly straightforward, as they come with installers compatible with both macOS and Windows.
APPLYING GROOVE TO YOUR SIBELIUS SCORE
Run Sibelius, open your score, go to: Appearance>House Style>Import… choose Groove from the list of the house-styles. That’s it!
